Gadget Submission
By submitting Developer Products to myAOL, You agree to the following:
  1. You shall comply with the AOL Developers Network Agreement Terms of Service.
  2. All Developer Products intended for myAOL must be submitted to AOL for review, testing and approval. Submissions shall include the URL for the Developer Product. Information shall be submitted to the myAOL Gadget Review Team. AOL's approval of any submitted Developer Product shall be at its sole discretion. If approved, AOL will publish the Developer Product to the myAOL Gallery.
  3. AOL reserves the right to remove any Developer Product from the myAOL Gallery at any time and in its sole discretion.
  4. You grant AOL the rights detailed under Section 9 of the AOL Developers Network Agreement Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service may be revised from time to time without notice.
